Yukti Gupta was born and raised in Queens, NY.
She graduated medical school in January 2012.
After graduating she began to work with children who were suspected to be developmentally delayed. A common attribute these children shared were that they were hyperaware and constantly distracted by conscious and unconscious stimuli. This made them irritable and unable to focus. With further observation she learned that the same applied to adults. This reflected in their stress levels, temperament and productivity.
Yukti strongly believes that your internal environment is a reflection of your external environment, and vice versa. Your physical space, whether at home or at work has a great impact on your mental space. Physical clutter creates emotional clutter. Therefore, clutter isn’t a housekeeping issue, it is a health issue.
Here at Dr. Ace of Space, we take a holistic approach to organizing. We understand that ones’ external environment can affect their internal state of being. Our mission is to help restore a sense of calm and balance in our clients’ mind and space.
We see this as a collaborative effort. We are here to determine what is weighing you down, and then tackle it, together. We are here to help you find solutions in all aspects of life. Whether it be physical clutter, or digital, potential goals or projects. When it comes to organizing your life and all its contents, we are here for you.
